Nonprofit Mortgage unique full-service mortgage lender standing out by having 501C3 nonprofit status through the IRS. Our mission focuses on down payment assistance to borrowers in need. A portion of our loan origination income and 100% of charitable donations go towards our down payment assistance fund. Nonprofit Mortgage promotes homeownership to borrowers through our variety of lending products, our favorable pricing, and our down payment assistance programs. We focus on those who have experienced a financial setback due to a medical event and those in a historically underserved housing demographic. As we grow our down payment fund, we continue to help more clients become homeowners. We specialize in assisting clients who thought they could never own a home. Nonprofit Mortgage was founded knowing that a properly organized and operated mortgage company can assist disadvantaged customers. The company is led and administered by nonprofit and mortgage professional volunteers.
